Agustina C. Eiff
Mental health, emotional, and behavioral struggles can look lots of different ways. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, unable to go after your goals or even identify what your goals are anymore, especially after a major change in your life. Maybe you realize that your life is smaller than you would like it to be, or you have been feeling anxious and fearful, and this is holding you back. Some people have experienced highly traumatic events and may still struggle with how the trauma has affected them. Many parents love their children dearly, but they battle every day to manage their behavior and to find peaceful enjoyment in parenting. Maybe it is other relationships that you are finding difficult to navigate. If any of this describes you, I may be able to help you. Let's talk.
Areas of Expertise
I specialize in:
Anxiety & anxiety - related disorders
Parent - Child relationships
I provide individual psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in both English and Spanish. Sessions are 50 minutes long at a $125 rate. I can provide a bill for reimbursement by insurance.
For families with children between the ages of two and ten with behavioral problems, I offer PCIT (Parent - Child Interaction Therapy) and Parent Training. These are evidence - based and highly effective interventions that help improve behavior and strengthen the relationship between children and their caregivers.
Due to the current pandemic, all sessions are held entirely through telehealth (over video). There is abundant research that shows that treatment is equally effective when done remotely.
Trainings and presentations: I often present to community groups on topics of parenting and behavior management, mental health, and trauma, both in English and in Spanish. Contact me to find out more.
