Mental health, emotional, and behavioral struggles can look lots of different ways. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, unable to go after your goals or even identify what your goals are anymore, especially after a major change in your life. Maybe you realize that your life is smaller than you would like it to be, or you have been feeling anxious and fearful, and this is holding you back. Some people have experienced highly traumatic events and may still struggle with how the trauma has affected them. Many parents love their children dearly, but they battle every day to manage their behavior and to find peaceful enjoyment in parenting. Maybe it is other relationships that you are finding difficult to navigate. If any of this describes you, I may be able to help you. Let's talk.
